Taylor Swift, Doja Cat Among Favorites

As college students, we are always listening to music while studying, commuting, and during the little leisure time we have. Spending time with our favorite artists is nothing short of therapeutic. My 31,700 minutes of listening this past year is evidence of this. With music’s award season wrapping up, we went to Grossman Commons and asked four 4C's students what they were listening to in 2022.

Students’ Musical Tastes Vary

Students at 4C’s each have their own taste in music. Some students like rock, while others like rap. There are some who like both. They like to listen to music to work out, study, or simply have fun. Titanic 25th Anniversary Re-Release

In 1997, one of the top-grossing films of all time was released. “Titanic,” directed by James Cameron, is the love story between Rose (Kate Winslet), a first-class passenger, and Jack (Leonardo DiCaprio), a third-class passenger, on the RMS Titanic in 1912. Twenty five years after the film’s initial release, it is back in theaters -- in 3D.

SGA Connects Students Through 'Big Love. Big Support'

"We're that bridge" between student body and administration. Acting president of the Student Government Association (SGA) at 4Cs, Kyle Robbins reminds us of the important role it plays in the college ecosystem. The SGA secured funding from administration to create the new club room in the Upper Grossman Commons. Robbins detailed the SGA's agenda and the importance of student engagement during our informative interview.

School Clubs Connecting Students at 4Cs

School clubs can improve socialization and get a new perspective on campus life. All 4Cs clubs came together on Feb. 2 in Grossman Commons to let students discover their favorite activities and help them socialize with other students who share their interests. It shows that there is more to college other than homework and turning in things on time.
