The Obamas – and How Art Inspires Us

They provoke a remembrance of the 44th president's 2008 election, one that brought adversity in the face of racist comments alongside a glimmer of hope for black Americans in the wake of change. President Barack Obama holds a noble title, the first black president in America. Obama fulfilled a piece of America that had been missing for too long, one that the people needed most, a leader who shares the same challenges, culture, and truth as us.

4C’s Students and Faculty Celebrate Halloween

With tricky midterm season over, 4C’s had only treats in store this Halloween. Student Engagement and the college’s clubs hosted a “Back to the Future” bash Oct. 31 in the Great Hall of the Frank and Maureen Wilkens Science & Engineering Center. Festivities, including a costume contest, mask and pumpkin decorating station, board games, selfie station, and Jack Box party game, took place from 2 to 5 p.m. Food and refreshments were available, and a WKKL DJ played popular Halloween hits. Bill Berry: Master of Horror and Sci-Fi

Many students attend Cape Cod Community College to eventually transfer to a 4-year institution. This process allows students to save money, buff transcripts, and solidify academic goals; however, many students don't know where to start. Since transferring is a pivotal step in students' academic careers, it becomes an intimidating process without proper guidance and resources.
