Cape Cod Community College has recently participated in “Give Hope Where You Live,” a donation drive for the Housing Assistance Cooperation. Students and faculty were asked to bring household items and essentials for families in need who are transitioning into housing.

Writing Center Aides Students With Perfecting Their Papers

Therapy Dogs Brighten Lives at 4C’s Campus

Are you interested in bonding with a furry friend? The “Paws and Relax” program gives students the opportunity to engage with therapy dogs. The dogs and their owners travel around campus to give students the opportunity to spend time relaxing with the dogs. The next visit will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Nov. 22. You can meet the group outside of the Life Fitness Center, Building No. 10, at 2 or wait till you see them around campus (Grossman Commons is a place they commonly go to).

A Good Gig for Dog Lovers

Need some extra cash? Love dogs? A great way for students to make a little money on the side is Rover. Rover is an app through which you can pet-sit or dog-walk. Download the app, submit a little information about yourself, create a profile, submit a background check, and viola. You’re ready to pet sit from anywhere.
