At Cape Cod Community College (4C’s), some realized a need for there to be more recognition of indigenous peoples and their connection to 4C’s. The college was built on land that belonged to indigenous people, and although there was a plan to reach out, it was set back because of COVID-19.

Foreign Film Series’ Upcoming Films and the Cinematic Heights of Discussion

Films bring people together regardless of the time and place. The Foreign film series here at Cape Cod Community College (4C's) does just that. “Dean Lore Loftfield DeBower began the Foreign Film Series about twenty-five years ago,” said Pavlos. DeBower had wanted to share her love of foreign films with the college and Cape Cod communities.

Welcoming Back Dr. Kathy Vranos

As the new Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs, 4C's gives Kathy Vranos a warm welcome. However, this isn't her first time being welcomed to 4C's. She previously worked here at 4C's from January 2018 through August 2019. Vranos and many faculty members are glad about her return.

The Bigger Boat series has started back up for this semester. This series features successful writers who discuss their piece(s) and experience. At the end of every event, the floor is opened up for questions from the audience. The Bigger Boat series is available to all.
