Cape Cod Community College and 90.7 WKKL to Host 2nd Annual Cape Cod Media Confe

On Friday, April 12 Cape Cod Community College and 90.7 WKKL will host the “2024 Cape Cod Media Conference” on the College’s West Barnstable campus. Open to the public, the Media Conference is designed to connect the community with careers and opportunities within the professional world of media and broadcasting.

This year’s conference will feature three breakout sessions featuring panel conversations with students from the College’s newspaper, personal journeys of local media personalities and writers, as well as a session focused on pursuing careers as a freelance critic. There will also be a Q&A seminar led by Canadian actress Terri Hawkes, known for her iconic role as the voice of Sailor Moon.
