Student Volunteers Needed for Graduation

Looking for something to do on May 23? Well, does Cape Cod Community College have options for you!

The class of 2024 will be graduating on May 23. Help is needed to make the day special. There are three options available for volunteers. Lunch will be provided if option 1&2, 2&3 or all of the above are selected. All volunteers should attend the orientation held at 2:00 p.m. on May 22 at the Cape Cod Melody Tent in Barnstable.

Option 1: Set Up & Dental Pinning
5/23 9:00 am - 12:30 pm
Assist with venue signage, prepare seating and staging areas, usher for Dental Pinning Ceremony, clear venue after Dental Pinning.

Option 2: Nursing Pinning & Commencement Set Up
5/23 12:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Prep and usher for Nursing Pinning, assist with venue signage, clear venue after Nursing Pinning, reset signage/seating areas for Commencement.

Option 3: Commencement Set Up, Event & Break Down
5/23 2:00 PM - 7:00 pm
Set signage/seating areas for Commencement, usher for Commencement, break down post-event.
