Spooky Halloween Events Crawling Their Way to 4C’s

With Halloween right around the corner, 4C’s has plenty of events to make for some spooktacular fun.
The Janus Players will hold “Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark” at 6 p.m. Oct. 19 at the Tilden Arts Center Studio Theatre. All students are welcome. There will be candy goody bags for all guests and a costume contest, in which guests can cast their votes for the costume they like best. There will be three winners; each will receive a goodie bucket and the first-place winner will receive a $20 gift certificate and a pumpkin carving kit with a pumpkin. The Janus Players also present scary stories.

The “Back to the Future” Halloween Bash, hosted by Rebecca Griffin, the Language and Literature professor and adviser for Phi Theta Kappa, will be held 2-5 p.m. Oct 31 at the Great Hall of the Frank & Maureen Science Building. There will be mask-making, games, food, and a costume contest.

The KDC Halloween Dance, organized by Stacia Bradley and open only to Project Forward and KDC members, will be held 5-8 p.m. Oct. 27 in the Grossman Commons Cafeteria. There will be a DJ, light snacks, and prizes for best costumes.
Costumes will be judged based on creativity and originality of design. Whoever has the best costume will win a restaurant gift certificate.
