Advice 4C’s Students Won’t Forget
by Jamison Feeley
Sometimes the thought of navigating through college on your own can be scary, so we asked 4C’s students what advice they’ve given or received that they consider worthwhile.
Ana Luiza da Silva: “Doing something is better than doing nothing. For instance, if you’re confused about something or overwhelmed, and you don’t know what step to take, then just do something, even if it’s minor, because that will help you go where you want to go.”
Maxwell Crockford: “It’s OK to be sad, but don’t be sad (forever).”
Jordan De Silva: “A man (who) does not eat vegetables … is not worth your time.”
Maya Reissner: “My dear friend gave me the advice to follow my moral compass and don’t give my energy to someone who doesn’t feel me.”
Olivia Mograss: “Being myself and making choices that actually made me happy in my life made me appreciate life so much more and feel comfortable in my own skin.”
