With the end of the semester rapidly approaching, tensions are heightened in students, staff, and faculty. The end of the semester can intensify feelings of stress and anxiety because of grades and finals, and the Student Wellness Office is looking to help alleviate this stress.
On Wednesday, December 8, from 12:30pm to 2:30pm in the Grossman Commons Café, the Student Wellness Office is hosting a Stress Less Day.
To help calm your nerves and get your mind on something other than your worries, you can indulge in free pizza and ice cream, and also design your own self care kit. It’s essential to find outlets to relieve your stress, and the Student Wellness Office will aid you in that.
It’s vital to prioritize your wellbeing during times of stress, and a focus on self-care is a tool that will help to facilitate your success! By attending the Stress Less Day, you’ll be making sure that you are putting yourself first this exam season and giving yourself a well needed break!
