Housing at Bridgewater State University (BSU) for 4Cs Students

Live at BSU While Completing Your Program at 4Cs!

Through a partnership between Cape Cod Community College (4Cs) and Bridgewater State University (BSU), 4Cs students have the opportunity to live in BSU residence halls, offering a convenient and comfortable living experience for the duration of your program. Students enrolled in the Aviation Maintenance Technology and Funeral Service programs have first priority for housing.

Note: The deadline for Spring 2025 Housing is January 10, 2025. We cannot accommodate housing requests beyond that date. 

What You’ll Have Access To:

• Full use of kitchens, lounges, and recreation spaces in your assigned residence hall
• Programs and activities hosted by residence hall staff
• Resident student parking lots
• Counseling and Health Services
• Access to all BSU facilities, including the library, fitness centers, and more
• A dedicated shuttle service from BSU to the AMT Training Facility (subject to demand/availability)

What’s Included in Your Housing Costs:

• Room in a BSU residence hall
• Optional meal plans
• Parking
• ResNet services, including cable, internet, printing, streaming services, and more
• BSU CONNECT Card

2024-2025 Housing Costs:

• Maximum cost per semester (Fall and Spring): $8,400
• Summer semester (optional): $4,400

The total cost will depend on your chosen meal plan and dorm assignment. The maximum amount is listed to account for potential changes, and pro-rated refunds may be available based on your final accommodations.

Payment Options
4Cs offers flexible payment plans to help you manage your housing expenses. After signing your housing agreement, you’ll work with 4Cs to set up a payment plan that suits your needs.

For any other housing-related questions, such as move-in dates, roommate assignments, accommodations, meal plans, or dorm locations, you’ll need to reach out directly to the Residence Life Office at Bridgewater State University.
