An accomplished artist, Betty has exhibited in solo and group exhibitions throughout the Northeast including a mid-career exhibit at the Provincetown Association and Museum, the Cahoon Museum of American Art, and the Cape Cod Museum of Art.

Betty Carroll Fuller taught painting, drawing and visual fundamentals at 4Cs for almost twenty years.

Her longtime colleague Sara David Ringler says about Betty that " she always brought out the best in her students by encouraging them to look deeply at the language of art. She introduced to them a wide spectrum of artists and an extraordinary range of artistic approaches. As our Higgins Art Gallery Director for 6 years, she brought together unusual exhibitions and installations."
