Most companies have highly driven people in management positions as well as employees who are not reaching their full potential. Clearing Productivity Hurdles: Strategies to Feel Accomplished at the End of Your Work Day, 8 hours, $219, Course ID #1133676

The pace of work today has accelerated. With easier ways to communicate, connect, and meet, work time feels compressed. Add to that potential staff shortage, and it leads to what is called “attention residue,” which develops when the pace of work requires leaving one task for another. Although trying to be present in the new task, the brain keeps the other task alive. With old and new tasks intertwined, leaders and employees alike feel overwhelmed.  Productivity is also affected as teams become more distributed instead of working in traditional office environments. Distributed teams require individual self-leadership to manage and communicate about their workload in different ways than before. Without these skills, individuals feel unaccomplished at the end of the workday. Through presentations, group discussions, and small group activities participants will gain a feeling of control over their time. Between sessions, they will be encouraged to use the tools, resources, and supplemental provided during their workday. When they return, they will have opportunities to problem-solve with the group.

Project Management Essentials, 12 hours, $219, Course ID #1123946

Managing Customer Expectations, 12 hours, $329, Course ID #1133680

According to a study by PWC, a good customer experience includes speed, convenience, consistency and friendliness, as well as one key factor that connects all this: the human touch—that is, “creating real connections by giving employees what they need to create better customer experiences” (Puthiyamadam & Reyes, 2018). In this virtual, instructor-led course, we will explore what organizations can do to delight their customers and build true loyalty through an exceptional customer experience, as well as how to handle situations where expectations fall short to help ensure long-lasting relationships with customers using instructor presentations, interactive exercises, discussions, and more.
