Note: No new students will be accepted into the Construction Management certificate for the 2020–2021 academic year.
The Construction Management Certificate is focused towards those individuals already working with the construction field that want to acquire the managerial skills required for construction project supervision and leadership. Students take a blend of courses from the Construction Technology, Information Technology, and Business concentration areas to develop skills related to building code regulation, scheduling, project management, safety, estimating, and environmental impact. The proficiencies developed are applicable to home builders & remodelers, as well as small-scale and large-scale commercial construction projects.
